The University of La Laguna, home to EUTIC 2024, is located in the city of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, situated in the Canary Islands (Spain), with GMT+0 time zone. The program of these sessions follows this time zone.

The Congress will be held in a hybrid format, allowing attendance to scheduled events both in person and synchronously virtually. The opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the main conferences and roundtable discussions, will be livestreamed for all registered participants. Panel sessions will be broadcast simultaneously via video conferencing.
